Refund Policy

General policy
- All sales of consultation sessions and nutrition programmes are considered final upon booking confirmation
- We encourage clients to review all programme details carefully before making a purchase
Group programmes
Strictly non-refundable
No refunds or batch changes are permitted once you have signed up for a group programme. Please ensure you are fully committed and available before enrolling.
Eligible refunds
- A full refund is applicable if you cancel your first one-on-one session at least 48 hours before the scheduled time
- If Nutrition by Divya is unable to deliver a service due to our own unavailability, a full refund or rescheduled session will be offered
- Partial refunds for multi-session packages may be considered on a case-by-case basis if less than 30% of sessions have been availed
Non-refundable situations
- Sessions already completed and delivered are non-refundable
- No-shows or last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) are not eligible for a refund
- Dissatisfaction with results is not grounds for a refund, as individual outcomes cannot be guaranteed
- Downloadable resources, e-books, or digital diet plans are non-refundable once accessed
Refund process
- To request a refund, email us at divyaahujanutrition@gmail.com with your booking details and reason
- Valid refund requests will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method
